The fact that they have production sites in countries such as Argentina and Brazil givers us an insight at their worldwide export and how they have risen from a small bicycle making company into the number 1 supplier of trucks and busses around the globe. Dia 16:now our feedback on the Sweden trip Dia 17: Stockholm was a really lovely city. You could see that the city had a great history. We went to visit the city hall and the Vasa museum. Especially the vasa museum left a deep impression. It is great to see such an old and big ship. After Stockholm We went to Tibro. In Tibro we stayed at our guest families. When we were at our guest families’ house, we could do everything that we want, when we wanted to play videogames, then we played videogames, it was fun. Then we visited the school. The school really looked great, but I think their system isn’t good at all because they are just lazy, they do nothing. Comparison: We are now going to talk about one of the differences between Belgium and Sweden. We choose for a difference you all know and are acquainted with, namely the nature and climate of Sweden. We shall use Stockholm as an example. Stockholm has a moderate climate with mild temperatures in both winter and summer. In winter temperature ranges from -7°C to 2°C and average temperatures in the summer range between 20°C to 25°C. As you can see on these statistics there’s a lot of rainfall each year with July and August being the two wettest months. Brussels compared to Stockholm has a totally different climate. Brussels has a maritime temperate climate with warm summer and mild winters. The average temperature in the winter is 7°C and in the summer 27°C. Although we can all agree that the previous months have broken every record. When comparing the rainfall we notice there’s a lot more rain in Belgium than in Sweden. The nature in Sweden is one of spectacular sight that we just simply can’t imagine unless we have witnessed it with our own eyes. Forests of pine trees the size of a small country, snowy hills as far as the eye can see, and here and there an open plain with nothing more but grass and snow. Every now and then you can see a few lights from far away villages or houses build in what we consider to be the wilderness. Of course all this natural beauty gives quite a lot of opportunities. For example the highest altitude a person can be on in Sweden is the Kebnekaise. With its height of 2114 meters above sea level it is quite an impressive mountain. It is part if the Scandinavian mountains which run from Norway to Finland. In Belgium we have the Botrange with its height of 694 meters above sea level it’s fairly small compared to the giants in Sweden. In 1923 they build a six meter high stair to reach the magical height of 700 meters.
