Covent Garden, London. We’ve worked in the food industry for over 20 years and this booklet is an amuse-bouche of work we’ve created to help our clients achieve their goals. And we’d like to help you achieve yours.


BLEX is one of our longest standing clients. They’re the organisation for beef and lamb levy

payers in England. They exist to help the beef and sheep meat supply chain become more efficient and more profitable. Since 1993, we’ve designed and produced recipe leaflets, booklets, posters for independent butchers and all kinds of promotional materials including this booklet on how to make more of mince.

e’re always looking for new ways of presenting recipes for beef and lamb and

for this idea we ran an article in the farming press asking for recipes from farmer’s wives. The response was surprisingly good. (We thought they’d be far too busy.) The recipes were then assessed by the EBLEX home economist and the result was this 28 page booklet featuring original photography shot on location at the winning farms. (Our favourite recipe was for Bobity, a spicy lamb casserole dish that originates from South Africa.)


he Potato Council asked us to design a series of logos to help

shoppers choose the right potatoes for their recipes. Once accepted by the major retailers, they will appear on bags of potatoes in all supermarkets. We also created this ad campaign which appeared in a variety of food and women’s magazines last autumn. So now there’s no excuse for making tasteless chips and rubbish roast potatoes.

he French used to deny the very existence of British cheese but now even they have to

admit we make some fantastic ones. And they’re made all over the UK so what better way to represent that diversity than this poster? If only we had a nice bottle of wine to go with it.

ossodiserra is a small, authentic Italian restaurant and deli just up the road from our offices on

Monmouth Street in Covent Garden, London. All the food, wine and recipes they serve come from Le MarchĂŠ where owners Samuele and Igor were born and raised. They asked us to create a website for them that embodied their love of all things Le MarchĂŠ. Business improved so much that they have recently completed a major refurbishment to the kitchen to cope with the increased demand. SalutĂŠ.

A whole week of celebrations in support of the not-so-humble chip. The brief included designing posters, banners, voting cards and table talkers for chip shops and restaurants. And a brand new logo.

Aerolatte make the world-famous, award-winning, original steam-free milk frother that Nigella Lawson calls one of her favourite toys. But they don’t only make the frother and we’ve been helping them repackage their whole range of coffee products to give them more presence on shelves all around the world.
