Archaeological museum reopens After a two-year closure for maintenance, the National Archaeological Museum of Aruba has now officially reopened to the public in the heart of downtown Oranjestad. Housed in a spectacularly restored colonial housing complex, the museum offers a comprehensive collection of exhibits spanning 5,000 years of Amerindian culture. Over 10,000 artifacts are on display. Children will enjoy many interactive options, and the museum will host educational projects and workshops throughout the year.
