he USEF Dressage Breeding Sire of the Year for four consecutive years, Royal Prince’s offspring show their sire’s elegance, refinement, and movement and are wining in dressage, hunter, and eventing competitions throughout North America. Royal Prince was Reserve Champion at both his 30- and 70-Day Performance Tests, earning 10’s for rideability and walk, and 9’s for trot, canter, and willingness to work. At age 5 he finished fourth at the World Championships for Young Horses (the highest American finish to-date). Royal Prince has helped Michael Bragdell earn his USDF Bronze Medal, and the pair also won the Third Level Reserve Championship at the BLM Championships. AHS Hanoverian USDF All-Breeds Awards. In 2010, Royal Prince debuted at Prix St. Georges with scores in the mid to high 60’s. Sire Rohdiamant was short-listed for the US Olympic Team with Lisa Wilcox, and grandsire Rubinstein also competed at the international Grand Prix level and is known for the excellent rideability of his offspring. His dam, Piri Piri, is by the influential Thoroughbred stallion Prince Thatch xx. Piccolino, by Prince Thatch, helped secure the Team Gold for Germany at the 2003 European Dressage Championships and placed sixth individually.
