Little Duck’s Big Day By Nicki Greenham
Every night Little Duck and Eva had a bath before bed.
Eva’s school were having a duck race.
Are you ready Little Duck?
The other ducks were bigger than him.
He couldn’t keep up.
And when the race finished he couldn’t stop.
The river took him through a tunnel
Under a bridge
Down a waterfall
And out into the sea, all alone.
But was he alone?
He He swam swam with with the the whales whales He swam with the whales
He danced with the dolphins
He soared with the birds
And made it back to the beach
Back to Eva, just in time...
…for a bath before bed.
Eva and Little Duck always have a bath before bed, but one day everything changes. How will Little Duck get home?
