To The Development Team Hiring Manager: I admire the innovation of WeWork because of its devotion to creativity and its forward thinking practices. Unique designs coupled with dedication to the community allows your o!ces to stand out amongst other practices.

I am seeking a position with WeWork because I feel my professional

experience aligns with the character and drive of the company. My projects have focused on a wide range between high-end retail and hospitality to commercial institutions. This complement of architecture and interiors is one I enjoy as it allows for the spirit of the building to "ow inside and out, creating a cohesive design. In addition to these skills I am seeking to branch into the #eld of development and real estate. WeWork excels at constructing buildings e!ciently without constraining the design intent. This is something I hope to further advance if given the opportunity by coupling my design skills with a drive to assist in the development of new ventures. I have attached my resume and portfolio for your review and welcome the chance to speak with you.

Respectfully, Nicholas Co$ee
