Just Jokes!!

Family and Friends of Andrea Watson Present A

How to call the Police....When you are old, black, and they don't wanna come:

Brendella Jenkins of Meridian , Mississippi was going up to bed when her bedridden husband told her that she'd left the light on in the  garden shed, which they could see from the bedroom window. Brendella opened the back door to go turn off the light but saw that there were people in the shed stealing things. She phoned the police, who asked 'Is someone in your house,' and she said 'no.' The Police said that all patrols were busy, and that she should simply lock the door to the house and an officer would be along when available.

Friday 15th May 2009 at 7.00pm - Woodfield Social Club Woodfield Avenue, Penn, WV2 1AL On the night you will be fed and entertained by a variety of local artists

Brendella said, 'Okay,' hung up, counted to 30, and phoned the police again. 'Hello, I just called you a few seconds ago because there were people stealing things from my shed. Well, you don't have to worry about them now because I just shot them.' Then she hung up. Within five minutes six police cars, a SWAT Team, a helicopter, two fire trucks, a paramedic, an ambulance AAAAAND THE D.A. showed up at the Jenkins' residence and caught the burglars red-handed. One of the Policemen said to Brendella: 'I thought you said that you'd shot them!' Brendella said, 'I thought you said there was nobody available!'

“Now Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen” Hebrews 11:1

“Unthinking respect for authority is the greatest enemy of truth” Albert Einstein In a survey of 79 oncologists from McGill University Cancer Centre in Canada, 64 said they would not consent to treatment with cisplatin, a common chemotherapy drug, while 58 oncologists said they would reject all the current trials being carried out by their establishment. Why? “The ineffectiveness of chemotherapy and its unacceptable degree of toxicity.” Philip Day, Cancer: Why we’re still dying to know the truth

Cushi online Directory 2009 A Black Business & Community Directory. Cushi Directory 2008 proved to be a huge success, gathering interest from various people across the region and, most importantly, generating business between its members, whilst raising their profile in and among the general buying public. Cushi online Directory 2009 is going to be bigger and better! Having made in-roads into further areas, such as Wolverhampton, Coventry, Leicester, Derby and Nottingham, London amongst others, the geographical reach of the publication will expand. Also, with interest from Chambers of Commerce, Library Services and Department of Education, the spread of the Cushi is set to widen, with circulation estimated to be over 50,000.

In 2001 at the age of 31, I was diagnosed with breast cancer which had spread to my lymph nodes, (glands in the lymphatic system). I was given the full range of conventional treatment, mastectomy, chemotherapy and radiation with the hope that all the cancer would be treated. However 6 years later the cancer returned in my lungs and in my chest. However this time my oncologist offered little hope of a treatment and stated that there was no cure and my life was going to be cut short. He offered me chemotherapy as an option to give me a few more years. At this time I started to loose weight and was very tired, I knew I had to act fast. I started on a cycle of chemotherapy, but held little faith in it. As a Christian I began to really seek the lord for peace and healing, this was very difficult because my faith had never been tested like this before. During this time God started to lead me to individuals who provided me with information on certain truths about cancer and alternative treatments. Since the return of the cancer in September 2007 it has been a long enduring journey that has not ended yet. After a year of agonizing operations and treatments that left me weak, underweight, unable to walk and having to spend a week in Compton Hospice, I realized if I did not change direction I would surely die. I believe God provided me with a Christian couple who was willing to give up their time to provide a loving, positive environment for me where an alternative treatment plan began. I am now back home and need to continue this course of treatment, I would like to thank everybody for your valuable and continued support.

The rivers, like blood streams flowing into the oceans Returning secretly to the fleshy bowels of earth’s creation Evaporating to the atmospheric breath of life Sun, moon and stars Solid, liquid and gas Land, sea and air Flesh, blood and spirit. The earth is a friend, we are the friends of the earth Like the lungs of man The trees breathe to keep the earth alive Yeah! The Sun, like a devoted Father Working from sunrise until sunset And the Moon, like a loving Mother Working from dusk until dawn Shining with the sweet embrace of her children, the stars The earth is a friend, we are the friends of the earth If we protect the earth, Then, the earth will protect us Clothe, feed and shelter us. The earth is the garden of creation. If we keep the earth alive Then we will stay alive, The earth will keep us alive.
