Mission Statement • Flux aims to equip the young business minded women of today with a stylish yet classic wardrobe that will allow them to effortlessly transition into the workforce with multi functional pieces.


MISSION PHILOSOPHY Flux is a multi-functional clothing brand with the majority of its garments being reversible or convertible for use in and out of the workplace. We aim to equip the young women of today with a wardrobe suitable for a variety of occasions while keeping the focus on comfort. Supporting women and their progression in the business sector is important to us. This is why we donate a portion of our proceeds and clothing to Dress for Success so that all have to chance to exude professionalism. Flux will have it’s own free standing retail stores and be open to the public beginning in august of 2014.

COMPANY BIO Flux is a versatile brand that was created for business minded women in August of 2012. Founder Niara Jackson aimed to create a collection that she could wear to the work place and still be of use to her in leisure time. From this came the many patented sewing designs that allow our customers to wear our merchandise in multiple ways thus expanding their closets. After dominating the online market FLUX opened its first location in February of 2013 in New York’s SoHo neighborhood. With this came the expansion of the FLUX line into outerwear. As we continue to mover forward plans of opening a second location on Chicago’s Magnificent Mile are promising. We continue to listen to our customer in order to meet all of her clothing needs. FLUX looks forward to growing our company and we hope you will join us on this journey.
