Risk Assessment:

There are a number of risks associated with the white paper changes some of which have been identified within the Board Assurance Framework and others identified within individual project plans. Implementation of transition arrangements are designed to maintain delivery of targets and health outcomes during the change to the new health system set out in the White Paper.
