Residential Detailing This course introduced to fundamental building science principles pertaining to typical residential building envelopes and the practice of creating architectural details. The following works are from a project where students were asked to create a set hand drawn details for a small wood frame home.
CADD Applications This course introduced architectural drafting software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp. Students were asked to create a set plans, sections, elevations, and perspective drawings in AutoCAD based on an existing project of the studentâ€™s choice.
Building Materials This course coverd building materials and methodologies common to residential construction in Ontario and Ontario Building Code. Students were asked to create at wooden house frame section at 1â€™ = 1/2â€? scale.
Studio 1 This course aimed to develop three-dimensional thinking, problem solving skills and design abilities through freehand architectural sketching techniques. Students were asked to purpsose for a sustainable home in Mississauga and then create at set of freehand architectural drawings
Personal Throughout the semester I developed my sense of design sense and creativity through illustration, photography and graphic design. The following are select works from my Studio I sketchbook and other personal works.
