Paroo Kangaroo: A uniquely Australian product that supports conservation of the species, the environment and the local economy. Paroo Kangaroo is sourced from only the finest wild game kangaroos by a family business. Stanbrooke: As a family-owned and operated business from Queensland, Eastern Australia. They are dedicated to complete quality assurance and traceability. We have selected three grades, the mix breed one and two as well as the verified Angus beef. All animals are grain fed for 120 days. Bridor: Following a growing demand, we have selected individually packed Gluten free bread, madeleine and brioche. These are sealed in a bag avoiding cross contamination with gluten products allowing you to use the same oven and to bake on demand. What is wheat germ? Wheat germ is the heart of the grain of wheat, rich in flavour and nourishing active ingredients. The germ is normally removed when the grain is milled in order to improve flour conservation. The Pastificio Morelli has used artisanal techniques to restore it to the flour, because it processes it immediately, when still fresh.

what about its flavour? After years of using wheat germ, the Antico Pastificio Morelli has managed to create pasta with its extraordinary, unmistakable flavour. An intense wheat aroma is released during cooking and the water turns slightly green because of the presence of fresh wheat germ.

The pasta is good if is able to remain “al dente” but... ...it is different ...it tastes good even when ser�ed with just a t�ickle of oil.
