Ebeltoft is a beautiful, traditional town on the central east coast of Denmark. The Glass Museum and its collection of over 1500 objects is a major feature of the town. Artists from countries across the world have donated work to the collection which presents the finest examples of art created in glass. The museum has kindly loaned a selection of works from its collection for display at National Glass Centre. The exhibition will include a number of works by Finn Lynggaard, one of the Studio Glass pioneers in Denmark and founder of Glasmuseet Ebeltoft.

sorrows and soon the waves began to feel angry and grew into demons. Fearful of the sea, the people did not know how to appease the demons. Only one little girl could calm the sea and teach the children that it is better to let their worries play in the wind than sink beneath the waves, but will the village listen to a child? Storytelling, live music, puppetry and song combine to tell this beautiful folktale. Theatre Hullabaloo is the North East’s specialist producer of theatre for young audiences.
