Sunday services begin with Fellowship at 9:30 am, Sunday School at 9:45 (with classes for all ages), worship service at 10:45 (nursery and children’s service is provided). Other services and opportunities include Women’s Bible Study, Tuesdays 7 pm; Prayer Meetings, Wednesday, 7 pm at the pastor’s home (parsonage); Friday Fellowships, second and fourth Fridays of each month, at Pastor Reardon’s home, 7–9 pm (call church office or visit website for more details); Men’s meetings the first and third Saturday at the church; and Women’s Fellowship, fourth Saturday of the month, 9 am at Panera Bread. Regular events also include Communion and Fellowship dinners after service the first Sunday of the month. No matter who you are or where you are on life’s journey, you are welcome here! We gather Sunday at 10 am to open ourselves to God’s leadings. We arrive at church to discover what it means to be Christ’s followers. NCC has a passion for Christian ministry and nurture, relationship building, and social connection for all ages. Child care is offered during worship service (infants through age 3). “The Garden” Sunday School, with worship experience and a scripturebased learning environment, meets most Sundays from 10:15 to 11:30 am. Youth Programs: Junior and Senior Youth Fellowships; The Gathering (Senior High Sunday morning program); Confirmation class (yearlong ninth grade); and annual service trips. Small Group Opportunities: women’s & men’s fellowships, Bible & book studies, prayer & meditation groups, out-of-area service trips and local projects, outreach ministries, choir and hand-bell ringers. NCC also hosts intergenerational dinners, breakfasts, and special events. The Cornerstone outreach thrift ministry offers gently used clothing and household items. NCC is the perfect place for imperfect people. The church is handicap accessible.
