A few days back, Netflix announced that they will begin testing a new feature where subscribers will be prompted to pay for additional accounts for people using their accounts outside of their household as reported by NewsWatch TV Cost. It doesn't look like they're going to force you to do it, but they will politely prompt you to pay.
