Crow Sr., who after being by me duly sworn deposes and says: After the herein described estray was impounded, I made a diligent search of the register of recorded brands in the county where said estray was found. The search did not reveal the owner of said estray. I did then advertise the impoundment of said estray in the Wood County Democrat, a newspaper of general circulation in the county where said estray was found, at least twice during the fifteen (15) days after the impoundment of said estray.
