Praise the Lord, To all the church’s Volleyball Teams and congregations that have supported the New Revelation Volleyball Tournament over the past years. Our sport’s ministry, Shout Ministry, has evolved over the years; the goal of this ministry is to bring this event to a higher level. We have been successful thanks to all the teams and congregations that have made this possible. Memorial Day has become an event by many churches as a day to get together, spend a good time, and fellowship with our local congregations and other church’s around the area; building new friendships and fellowships among the body of Christ. NRCC would like to say “THANK YOU”. We are happy and excited for our coming 2012 NRCC Volleyball Tournament. We proudly present Tournament Number #15. We are expecting great things this year. We would like to inform that we intend this year to have our NRCC DJ Ministry, so we can enjoy a good time with the family of Christ. We encourage all leaders, brothers, and sisters to motivate all your congregations to assist on this date, May 28, 2012 (Memorial Day ) at Album Park to play volleyball and have your cookouts. This will result in a good environment to fellowship and also reach souls for Christ. This is a great opportunity to introduce souls and visitors to a good Christian environment. Last year 2011 we had 24 teams present with the congregations and they’re crowds. We expect the same this year! Please make the adequate accommodations to register your teams on time since we always have teams registering ahead of time. Please remember we only have 24 team spots for reservation. See you soon!

New Revelation Volleyball Tournament Registration Agreement I, _____________________ representative of the team _______________________________ from the church or organization of ___________________________________ agrees that our team accepts all the rules and regulations from the New Revelation – Volleyball Tournament. If for any reason our team is not present on May 28, 2012 by 9:00am on the tournament, it will be our responsibility to pay the full Registration fee of $40.00. If our team is not ready to play in any game, a 5 minute wait will be allowed only. After this time the game will be called a forfeit game. I agree that New Revelation – Volleyball Tournament is not responsible for any injuries that may occur during this tournament. I as a team representative will be responsible of communicating this to all the team players. I agree that this is just a recreational tournament and that New Revelation – Volleyball Tournament will do as much as possible to make everything to fall as described. I agree that any unsportsmanlike conduct can result in the disqualification of my team from the tournament. By signing the below line I agree to all of the above statements by New Revelation- Volleyball Tournament. I also agree that this document is the registration agreement for our team in this tournament. After signing this document my team will be a registered team in this tournament and will hold a team spot after a $20.00 deposit has been submitted to New Revelation. There will be no money reimbursements, and no team registration cancellations.

Please note that the registered players can’t play in more than one team; players can’t be shared with different teams. Players need to be present at registration between 8a.m.-10a.m., past this time, players won’t be allowed to play and register. All players need to wear a bracelet to be allowed to play in the tournament. Failure to follow these rules will result in the disqualification from the entire tournament.
