NEWPORT IS THE SHOW TO LAUNCH NEW BOATS & PRODUCTS As the first major boat show of the fall season, manufacturers have long made the Newport International Boat Show the place to launch their new boats and boating products. Together with Cruising World, Sailing World and Yachting magazines, Newport For New Products recognizes boats in three size divisions (Under 20’, 21-39’ and 40’ & Over) as well as products used for boat operation or for boating safety, and personal weather gear (wearable). NFNP-accepted applicants are featured in a special insert in all three national magazines prior to the boat show and promoted during the show with special NFNP identification and activities. Awards are given for Best New Powerboat, Best New Sailboat, Best New Multihull, Best New Product used for Navigation and Best New Product used for Boat Operation. A “Green” Award has also been added to the program. If you’re debuting a new boat or boating product, debut it in Newport!
