NEWPORT IS POWER, SAIL & EQUIPMENT Attendees know they will find a full range of powerboats and sailboats (monohull and multihull) all together at the Newport International Boat Show, and with over 600 boats on display, they expect to find virtually every manufacturer represented. In addition, there is an extensive variety of marine equipment, services and accessories to round out their boat show experience. For easy navigation, the show takes place on four adjacent sites that include the Newport Yachting Center, Oldport Marine and Newport’s famed Bannister’s and Bowen’s Wharves. With more than 13 acres of display space on land and in the water, the Newport International Boat Show is bigger than any other boat show from New Jersey to Maine.

NEWPORT IS THE SHOW TO LAUNCH NEW BOATS & PRODUCTS As the first major boat show of the fall season, manufacturers have long made the Newport International Boat Show the place to launch their new boats and boating products. Together with Cruising World, Sailing World and Yachting magazines, Newport For New Products recognizes boats in two size divisions (Under 30’ and 30’ & Over) as well as products used for boat operation or for boating safety. NFNP-accepted applicants are featured in a special insert in all three national magazines prior to the boat show and promoted during the show with special NFNP identification and activities. Awards are given for Best New Powerboat, Best New Sailboat, Best New Multihull, Best New Product used for Navigation and Best New Product used for Boat Operation. If you’re debuting a new boat or boating product, debut it in Newport!
