BioField tech status is generally higher to significantly higher in non Western ally na7ons (generally lowest in Nordic & North America) even amongst advanced na7ons(eg Brazil, India+), Eastern Europe(eg Romania, Bulgaria+), or a few Western ally na7ons with quasi or official government status(eg Japan, Philippines+).
