Benson Place Remains a Top Selling Community in Kansas City’s Northland April’s 2013 Spring Parade of Homes brought a phenomenal amount of activity to the beautiful Northland community of Benson Place. Parade entries by the community’s award-winning builders, Aspen Homes, McFarland Homes, SAB Homes and Summit Custom Homes and open houses by Robertson Construction proved to be popular destinations on parade goers’ itinerary.
