Security and independence


Stewart Court is situated on the High Street of Epping, very close to the town centre where you can find all the main high street stores you would expect to find in a bustling market town. The town itself was based on the original permission granted by Elizabeth I for the hosting of a market and two annual fairs, and subsequently grew into a resting place for travellers. The highwayman Dick Turpin was alleged to have made Epping one of his most popular haunts.
