So here’s some useful information about the area around Plover Mills. Sport and leisure There is a good choice of sports and fitness clubs within around a mile of Plover Mills. Leave the M62 at junction 23 and cross the motorway by the flyover, then take the second exit at the roundabout immediately after the flyover to join New Hey Road (A640). From the M62 travelling westwards Leave the M62 at junction 24 to enter Blackley New Road (A629), following signs for Huddersfield. At the roundabout, take the fourth exit to stay on the A629 for around half a mile, then turn left into Birchencliffe Hill Road.
