From the foundations to the plumbing, we go through everything with a fine-tooth comb to give it our own stamp of approval.

Next, before you even move in, you’ll receive a personal demonstration of your property and all its facilities by an experienced member of our team. From how to operate the security, to the location of the stopcock, we’ll take you through the myriad of things you’ll need to know to feel right at home.

Customer Care Excellence It’s all part of our absolute commitment to customer care where we support you every step of the way. For instance, once you have moved into your new home we’ll provide a courtesy call and a one-month inspection to take care of any snags. Indeed, you’ll also receive a dedicated customer care line number for any issues or questions you may have, along with an invitation to our weekly construction clinic for all new homeowners.

For added peace of mind, we provide a full emergency cover line number in the event of a service supply failure such as gas, electricity or water. And remember, every new Persimmon home comes complete with a two-year NHBC guarantee.

Part-Exchange

Key Move We are able to offer you a way of reserving your chosen Persimmon home and selling your existing home with no estate agent fees and no negotiating of offers.

If your present home has a 30% price differential to the new home then we could consider your new home for Part-Exchange. • Select a Persimmon home and complete our simple application form

• You need to appoint a solicitor and financial adviser • You complete your mortgage application and pay your survey fee (if applicable) • You need to exchange contracts within the 28-day reservation period • We’ll also pay your Stamp Duty, HIP, legal fees, removal costs and give you turfed gardens and fitted carpets • Sit back and count the days until your brand new Persimmon home is ready for you to move in to

• Once you have agreed, and provided your selected Persimmon home is still available, your Key Move reservation can then be completed
