Leave the M1 at junction 11, taking the first exit on the roundabout onto the Dunstable Road. Continue over one roundabout and then take the first left onto Walter Avenue. Continue over one roundabout and then take the second right onto Leagrave Road (B579). After half a mile turn left at traffic lights onto Woodland Avenue. Continue for almost a mile and a half, over two roundabouts, before turning left onto Felstead Way, then the first right on St Martins Avenue.
