From the Pastor’s Heart… I truly believe that God is preparing us for a harvest of souls. I have been reading the book T4T: A Discipleship Re-Revolution by Steve Smith, he made this statement concerning the Spirit of God as a wind. “We cannot make Him blow; He blows where He wills. We cannot create movements, only the Spirit of God can. But we can align ourselves, raise the sails of kingdom-oriented ministry, so that when the Spirit does blow, we are ready to move forward.” This was an “Amen!” and an “oh, man” moment. We pray for God to move, but have we raised the sails to catch the wind? That leads us to questions like, “What kingdom-oriented ministries are possible and just need to be developed?” Yet, an even more basic question that must be answered is “Do we know what is means to be kingdom-oriented?” Over the next few weeks, I am going to be writing on how we can be kingdom-oriented. Pray for me, as I study and process how we can be a kingdom-oriented church. (Articles will be posted on the church website. Printed copies may be requested.) Pastor Eric

Rock-n-Roll Easter March 24th, 2:00 PM PreK - 6th Grade We are looking forward to the good things God will do through this event. Not only will the children hunt for Easter eggs, but they will also learn the real reason we celebrate Easter - Jesus is Alive! We need your help! Not only do we need empty plastic eggs, but we also need candy. Most importantly we need you! Please consider participating in this event as we seek to reach our community with the gospel. If you need more information or would like to volunteer, please see Dewain Creekmore or Pat Strawbridge.
