BLOCK ISLAND SHORE DINNER LOBSTER BAKES, BARBECUES & MORE...
A Shore Dinner is a meal of Freshly Caught Seafood. This traditional plate dates back to the late 1800’s when oarsmen, now know as guides, would row passengers in their skiffs to and from fishing grounds. Stopping midday at an island they would cook up the morning’s catch. An updated version of this dinner is what we now call a lobster bake. Lobster, fish, steamers, clams and steak. • Fully Catered Parties • Drop off Platters • Order Seafood to Cook Yourself
