Netways Expands its Success with Major Events & Deals in the Region The Jeddah Chamber of Commerce & Industry (JCCI) Successfully Launched its New Portal and CRM Solution

Netways is proud to announce the completion of JCCI Portal and CRM Ppoject. The Project aims to build a state of the art Dynamics E-Services Portal for the Chamber targeted to serve the Business Community and the General Public of Jeddah City. In order to cater the growing demand and growing business in the city, JCCI decided to develop a new E-Services Portal that will provide all their registered

users and members with the ability to request for JCCI E-Services without having to visit the chamber premises. During the first phase of the project around 40 JCCI Services have been automated. The Project has two major applications working seamlessly together to deliver the needed services. These applications are Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 and Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010. The Database platform for the Portal and CRM is Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2. The Portal part of the project is designed for the website visitors, registered users and members of the JCCI that can login and request for E-Services. Around 40 E-Services have been developed and incorporated on the Portal. The CRM part of the Project is designed for the back end users of the system, who are dedicated JCCI Staff Members. All the requests submitted on the Portal are redirected to the members in charge on their CRM workspace.

In order to reduce the migration of young energetic Lebanese talents and tackle the lack of employment opportunities in the Lebanese market, Netways has participated with other supportive organizations in the Startup Weekend held at the Beirut Arab University in Tripoli from 26 to 28 April. Through this participation, Netways is aiming to support the young students in starting new businesses by launching their ideas and investing in their home country.

Netways Continues to Expand its Business with New Major Deals in the Region The Department of Economic Development in Abu Dhabi (DED) Chooses Netways for the Implementation of its Microsoft Enterprise Project Management Solution

The Department of Economic Development in Abu Dhabi is working to achieve economic development in the emirate, regulate economic and commercial affairs, and work for the development of the country. The Department of Economic Development (DED) has recently engaged Netways for the implementation of its Microsoft Enterprise Project Management solution. This new EPM implementation is expected to spread a culture of Project Management within the Department of Economy and help them automate their day to day management of projects including tasks, risks, issues, quality and cost. The solution that will be tailored specifically

to meet the requirements of DED will include custom project templates, custom reports and a comprehensive dashboard for Project Managers and C-level management to closely monitor the status of their projects and portfolios. Abu Dhabi Judicial Department (ADJD) Selects Netways to Develop its New Corporate Intranet Portal

The Abu Dhabi Judicial Department is dedicated on incorporating state-of-the-art information technology capabilities in pursuit of modernization and the development of staff capabilities, performance improvements, increasing efficiency, simplifying procedures and strengthening the lines of communication among different stakeholders, while ensuring the supremacy of law and protecting national achievements. In order to be aligned with this vision, the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department (ADJD) has recently selected Netways for the development of their new Corporate Intranet Portal. The new portal, based on Microsoft SharePoint 2013, will be the backbone of ADJD internal communication to maximize the user interaction within the organization, and more essentially to create a collaboration platform for users to share their knowledge, get information and enhance the communication channels among peers. In addition, The ADJD portal will serve as a single repository for all the content in the organization in order to increase efficiency and ultimately reduce the cost of managing the organization content. The portal will serve as a platform for Document Management, Communication and sharing of information.

The Centre of Waste Management (CWM) Partners with Netways for its Internet, Intranet and Correspondence Management Solutions

Established in December 2008, the Center of Waste Management (CWM) is the lead agency responsible for controlling and coordinating waste management activities throughout the Emirate. This includes implementing the Waste Management Strategy and all aspects of service delivery required to establish a full cycle integrated waste management system. The Centre of Waste Management (CWM) has selected Netways as a strategic partner for the implementation of their Microsoft technology platform.

Netways was contracted to work in parallel on three different solutions for CWM Internet Portal, Intranet Portal and Correspondence Management solution. CWM is considered among the pioneers in the UAE to start with the implementation of Microsoft SharePoint 2013 for all of the mentioned solutions. The Internet portal that will be using Microsoft Dynamics CRM as a backend system for customer management is set to take advantage of Netways long experience in developing Internet portals in terms of design, information flow and state of the art functionalities. The requests are processed with predefined workflows in CRM and upon a completion of a workflow, the result is communicated to the requester either through SMS or Email. The Portal provides integration with payment gateway to allow subscribers of JCCI to renew their membership online and pay through Credit Card or through SADAD Payment Gateway. During the website launch ceremony, Mr. Adnan Bin Hussein, Secretary General of the Jeddah Chamber, revealed that the new website www.jcci.org.sa is one of the newest and most advanced websites in Saudi Arabia and has been implemented to meet the needs of the economic community in Jeddah through an easy method of communication and the possibility to follow up the transactions process online. The website will allow the community in Jeddah to stay tuned with JCCI latest news, activities, meetings and recommendations 24 hours a day.

The Royal Commission of Jubail & Yanbu (RCJY) Successfully Upgrades its New Website The Royal Commission of Jubail and Yanbu (RCJY) new Website (http://www.rcjy.gov.sa) has been successfully launched with a very advanced architecture, technology, usability and new modern user interface design. RCJY is one of Netways’ strategic government customers and is currently partnering with Netways for other projects such as the Intranet portal with internal e-services for the Royal commission employees and Netways is also developing and implementing the e-Service project targeting RCJY clients and employees by automating their external and internal processes. The Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) Go Live With its New Accreditation Solution The Saudi Engineer Accreditation solution was successfully launched this week and has been integrated with SADAD and ELM services. Since the launching time, the accreditation system has been adding a great business value to the SCE showing the importance of this new system. The Deputy Secretary General of the Saudi Cvouncil of Engineers, Eng. Ibrahim Al Dhobaie, was very pleased with the new system and the high level of expertise shown by Netways. Several innovative ideas have been presented during the weekend in front of the judges who evaluated and studied each idea and shared their comments with the participants. Netways represented by Engineers Jean and Roula Moussa have offered the amount of 5000$ for the team who invented the “RSSWA” concept, which represents a Round Antenna than has proved

through developed research to be more competitive than international devices in terms of quality and cost. The winning team is currently looking to register a patent license for this product and the amount provided by Netways will definitely help them in starting the manufacturing process. The Startup weekend generated three wining projects that were supported by Netways, BLC Bank and the Azm Educational Foundation, in addition to more than 10 innovative and successful projects. Netways will be adopting some successful ideas and will help the young students to have their projects see the light. Through this initiative Netways is hoping that the establishment of these companies will provide job opportunities for the youth generation and will empower them to stay in their land and become successful entrepreneurs.

‫شركة نتويز‪ ،‬الراعي الذهبي لمسابقة “‪”North Lebanon Startup Weekend‬‬ ‫من ضمن سعيها الدائم لدعم ر ّواد االعمال الشباب‪ ،‬تتشرف شركة نتويز برعاية مسابقة “‪Weekend Competition‬‬ ‫‪ ”North Lebanon Startup‬التي ّ‬ ‫نظمها مركز ريادة األعمال في جامعة بيروت العربية تحت إشراف معالي وزير االقتصاد‬ ‫والتجارة من ‪ 26‬حتى ‪ 28‬نيسان في فرع طرابلس‪ .‬بسبب قلة فرص العمل وانكفاء الدولة عن مسؤولياتها ‪ ،‬ال بد من تعاون‬ ‫هيئات المجتمع المدني في خلق فرص العمل للحد من الهجرة وتثبيت الطاقات الشابة بارضهم‪ .‬تجمع هذه المسابقة رواد االعمال‬ ‫من مختلف الثقافات إن كانوا مبرمجين أو مس ّوقين أومصمّمي غرافيك أوغيرهم‪ .‬يقوم المشتركون بطرح أفكارهم وتكوين الفرق‬ ‫من أجل انشاء شركات في خالل ‪ 54‬ساعة فقط‪ .‬يحصل المشتركون (من طالب المدارس والجامعات) على ‪ 60‬ثانية فقط لطرح‬ ‫أفكارهم ويتم استبعاد االفكار تدريجيّاً للوصول إلى أفضلها‪ ،‬بعد ذلك ّ‬ ‫تتشكل الفرق حول األفكار األفضل ومن خاللها يتم إطالق‬ ‫أفضل المشاريع‪ .‬وأخيراً‪ ،‬يتم عرض األعمال أمام الحضور المك ّون من ّ‬ ‫حكام ومستثمرين‪ .‬وبعد دراسة وتقييم من لجنة الحكم‬ ‫سلم المهندسين جان موسى وروال موسى مبلغ ‪ 5000‬دوالر امريكي لفريق مخترع لجهاز ‪ Antene‬مستدير اثبتت االبحاث‬ ‫انه افضل بكثير من االجهزة المنافسة العالمية من ناحية التكلفة والنوعية وتتم حاليا تسجيل براءة االختراع‪ ،‬لعل هذا المبلغ‬ ‫يساعدهم على بدء مشوار التصنيع‪ .‬وقد ابدى البنك البناني للتجارة وشركة نتويز وجمعية العزم و السعادة الرغبة بالمساعدة على‬ ‫تمويل المشاريع الجديدة وتشجيعها‪ .‬كم من الشباب والشابات هاجر الى بالد االغتراب؟ و استفادت الدول المتقدمة من االدمغة‬ ‫اللبنانية التي ساهمت بتقدمها والدولة اللبنانية غائبة متلهية بخالفاتها ونائية بنفسها عن وقف النزف‪ .‬ثالث مشاريع فائزة واكثر‬ ‫من عشر مشاريع هادفة وتقوم شركة نتويز بالعمل على تبني بعض المشاريع والمشاركة بانشائها‪ .‬نأمل ان يتم من خالل انشاء‬ ‫هذه الشركات توفير فرص عمل للشباب والشابات للبقاء في ارضهم فيصبحون ارباب عمل بدل ان يكونون عاطلين عن العمل‪.‬‬ ‫واالمل كبير بهكذا مبادرات!‬ ‫‪Gulf Region‬‬ ‫‪Dubai Regional Office‬‬ ‫‪Office 315 - 316, Building 10, DMC‬‬ ‫‪Dubai Technology and Media Free Zone‬‬ ‫‪Dubai, United Arab Emirates‬‬ ‫‪Tel: +971-4-427-8300‬‬ ‫‪Fax: +971-4-390-3627‬‬ ‫‪P.O.
