Total box office revenues for theatrical releases increased in 2016 to € 288 million. The total value of DVD and Blu ray sales dropped further to € 79 million, a decrease of 63% compared to 2012. Unfortunately no industry data are available for the total value of VOD in 2016. For 2015 and 2016 the Fund is estimating the total market size.
