EXPANSION MODULES
INPUTS - OUTPUTS - SERIAL BUS
The versatile and modular structure can be considered an intrinsic characteristic of the Tecnoalarm systems, characteristic which the range of input, output and serial bus expansions fully meet. Tecnoalarm has streamlined the concept of modular architecture, by developing expansion modules that can be used equally by all its systems. The expansion modules connected on the serial bus allow to locate the inputs and the outputs of the system in the most comfortable positions, where actually necessary, favoring a simpler and more economical routing of the connecting cables.
Input expansion modules The range of input expansions is composed of five models, equipped with 4 to 8 inputs for conventional or Zone Bus detectors and 1 to 14 programmable alarm outputs.
Output expansion modules The range of output expansions includes models which permit the creation of signaling panels with respectively 32 open-collector outputs and signaling LED, and those which provide programmable relay outputs for the control of external devices.
Serial bus extension modules The serial bus extensions allow to increase the maximum length of the serial bus and make star connections. The fiber optic converter permits the extension of the serial bus with fiber optic cables.
