ur ‘back to basics’ message this month may sound rather repetitive, and that’s exactly what it is meant to be so that maybe, just maybe it becomes a mantra for more people. And this mantra can assist us too in more moments to: be grateful, connect with our breath, connect with our infiniteness, connect with the Earth and be mindful of our choices regarding our body, mind and spirit. And letting go of self-judgement can create more ease and joy in our lives which has ripple effects around the planet. Have you heard of the Hundredth Monkey Effect? The idea is that a ‘new behaviour or idea is claimed to spread rapidly by unexplained means from one group to all related groups once a critical

number of members of one group exhibits the new behaviour or acknowledges the new idea’.
