SUGGESTIONS

Training camps for imparting education regarding MFPs be imparted to the villagers.

PEOPLES PARTICIPATION: MAIN PROBLEMS Play ground of GHS Pandoa is small and not fenced. Healthcare centre for cattle is away at 15 Kms distance. There is shortage of staff in PHC. No accomodation is held for Anganbari. Condition of Sarai at Pandoa Temple is very poor. Water storage tanks are not held in the village and sources point. The condition of village paths is very poor. Seeds and fertilisers are not being provided in time satisfactorily. Wild animals destroys the crops. Irrigated water shortage is faced in the area.

SUGGESTION FOR IMPROVEMENT Fencing and widening of the ground is required.

PEOPLES PRIORITIES

Hwealthcare centre for cattle is required at Pandoa. Adequate staff be posted to PHC. Govt accomodation be made for Anganbari. Fencing and retaining walls be made in premises of the Sarai of Pandoa Temple.

Priority.

Water storage tanke be made at Pandoa and Bichai. Village paths from Pandoa to Panchayat Bhawan Baag and PWD Road Pandoa to Barada are required to be repqired. Seeds and fertilisers be supplied in time and adequate quantity. Management for wild animals be done. Irrigated water be supplied from Bagh to Bichai at 4 Kms span.
