PEOPLES PARTICIPATION: MAIN PROBLEMS There is shortage of medical staff in dispensary. Link roads are not available in most of the villages. There is no Central playground/place for playing and functions. There are no storage tanks for irrigated water in the area. There is problem of crossing the Sehri Nala. There are many blank areas of private and govt land. There is no accommodation for Community Hall, Mahila Mandal, Anganbari, Youth Club and Temple accommodation is also poor. The condition of village paths is very poor. The drainage of water in the villages is damaging the paths, & property of the villagers. There is no training centre for the professional works in the area. There is shortage of irrigated water.

SUGGESTION FOR IMPROVEMENT Adequate staff be posted to the dispensary. Link roads be made (Bandli to Kufta Fafna - 5 Kms), Bandli to Kamaru - 5 Kms) & (Bandli to Koildhartu - 500m). School ground at Bandli be widened or a new playground be made in nearby place. Irrigation water storage tanks be made at Ghain, Kumaru, bandli, grach, fanola, Rakol & Dogri. Foot Bridge be made at Sehri nala. All the blank areas be planted with fodder & BL plants. Govt accommodation be made for Community Hall, Mahila Mandal, Anganbari & Youth Club and maintenance of Temple accommodation is required. Maintenance of village paths is required. Proper drainage system in Ghain, Kufta & Fafna village is required to be made. Sewing and embroidery training Centre be opened in the area.
