NEOPLAST Group Pipe and Plastic Industry Trade Limited Company began operations in order to manufacture pipes and pipe systems previously used the experiences in facilities which is built on 50,000 square meters of land in 2011. After used for many years in U.S.A., Japan and Europe, Neoplast improved Spiral HDPE Corrugated Pipe technology as steel reinforced and unreinforced with the experienced team in order to contribute the country's economy in 8.000 square meter factory. Spiral HDPE Corrugated Pipe and Steel Reinforced Spiral HDPE Corrugated Pipe are two types of pipe can be produced.

Range of Products... • HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) Corrugated Pipes are produced in range of 200mm-2600mm outside diameter. • HDPE Corrugated Pipes can be produced both Steel Reinforced Spiral and Spiral Corrugated. • Inner surface of pipes are smooth, outer surface is ribbing and resistant to external load.

• Usage is water and wastewater conveyance usually in 80 percent impletion with the gravity. • As a result of the project accounts, which should be a real stiffness properties are produced. • Due to continuous spiral technology, pipes can be produced the desired size.

General Features of Our Pipes... NEOPLAST is producing corrugated pipe with the highest stiffness value. Our pipes have corrosion-resistant because of using polyethylene, high strength due to high resistance of the ribs. They have organic composition that is wear-resistant, smooth inner surface, high viscosity, a complete sealing property and the 50 year production guarantee. Pipes can be carried and laid easy.

• Because of special design of outer surface, our pipes are resistant to heavy traffic loads, stroke, any loads and ground motions. All the loads on the pipe is distributed homogeneously.

• Because groundwater is liquefying earth under the pipe, there emerge big buoyancy as a consequence stress and buckling. Our pipes are known the most resistant pipes to these forces.

• Installation and coupling processes are easy. • The pipes are connected with electrofusion bands or shrink sleeve coupling. Also, with hand extrusion machine the gap of inner joints of the pipes are filled. • Special products and joints can be produced.

• Inner surface can be produced with any color.

Structure of the Pipe... • Inner and outer surfaces of pipe are produced with polyethylene. • Because of using 100% HDPE, the pipes have high stiffness value. • Producing steel reinforced corrugated pipe is available upon request.

The Advantages of our Pipes… • Our machines are mobile so we can produce our pipes anywhere according to the location of the project. Therefore, the transportation costs will be decreased. • Because of our continuous spiral production technology, we can produce the demand quick and the delivery time will be short. • Because of the low friction coefficient, desired flow of water can deliver with small diameter pipe so the pipe cost will be decreased. • Because of the low friction coefficient, inside of the pipe does not occur any deposits or sediment. • Inside of the pipes are produced with HDPE that is the most resistant material to corrosion. • Because of high stiffness and low weight, pipes can carry easily and install quickly. The installation time is short and the installation cost is low. • Special installation materials are not needed. The value of the pipe cost with installation cost is the lowest value in the pipe sector. There is no wastage in installation because our pipes have not bell end and spigot end. Our pipes are connected end to end. • There is not any maintenance cost of pipes and the operation cost is very low.

Used Raw Materials... High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Polyethylene is a thermoplastic which is used in a wide range of products. It takes its name from ethylene in monomer state. Polyethylene is produced from ethylene. It’s short name is generally known as PE in the plastic industry. Ethylene molecule C2H4 is in fact is formed by two CH2 particles bound with double bond. Polyethylene is manufactured through polymerization of ethylene. Polymerization is a reaction starting off with monomer units and resulting in polymer units. HDPE is a material with high density polyethylene, derived from petroleum. It is the abbreviation of High Density Polyethylene. In the industry and manufacturing sector, generally it’s abbreviation is used.

Quality Concept... There is 3 quality control level inside the Neoplast laboratory and production line.

First Quality Control Level All kinds of raw materials and supplementary materials are tested according to specified quality process standards in the first quality control level. Raw materials from the suppliers are tested for each lot and get sample from each lot. The tests of first quality control level are as follows; MFI, heap density, moisture, chemical convenience, physical convenience, viscosity, piece bigness resistance. It is essential that the samples must be confirmed.

Mandatory testing suitable raw materials and supplementary materials for production during the manfacturing process. Our priority is increasing the quality standarts by testing the products with experienced engineers and technicans during the production. Produced each pipe must be controlled and tested from our personnel. Meanwhile, the tests are specified from TSE(Turkish Institute of Standards) and ISO are as follows: Ring Stiffness Test, MFI Test, Impact Resistance Test, Density Test, Rupture and Elongation Test, Heat Resistance Test, Impermeability Test, In Length Elongation Test It is intervened if the situation is non-compliance with these standards during the production. Defects are averted in less time with troubleshooting process depending on the standards.

End Quality Control Level Products mentioned in the last level of quality control tests in the laboratory final tests are performed. Approval of delivery of the products are delivered troubleless and witout any deformed to our costumers the seriousness of the quality of our understandings and provide them with made of%100 HDPE products.

Coupling Process... Electrofusion Welding Method It is applied by using made of polyethylene and covered with copper wire Electrofusion Band and Electrofusion Welding Machine. For each diameter, electrofusion band is changing and electrofusion welding machine adjustment is changing. Pipes are centering inside with the hoop and be ready for the Electrofusion Welding. Then, applying area is cleaned and EF Band is fixed between the two ribs. Setting of EF Welding Machine adjusts according to desired diameter value and waiting for cooldown. It is welded with hand extruder inside the welding area in order to impermeability. Thereby,it is acquired fully impermeability. Coupling welding can be processes inside the canal and outside of canal.

Shrink Muff Method Less than 1000mm diameter corrugated pipes are coupled with shrink muff and acquired fully impermeability. This method began and applied with Neopplast for the first time in Turkey. It is had a shrink muff on joints parts pf pipe and heated with blowtorch in order to cover the pipe.
