Grandma’s ring goes missing Win a free Sinead Ogilvie

weekend to Wellington

reporter@nelsonweekly.co.nz The loss of her grandmother’s ring couldn’t be more devastating for LeeAnne Weenink, who has worn the family heirloom for 12 years straight without ever taking it off -- until one recent Sunday. While volunteering at Nelson Musical Theatre painting sets for their Peter Pan show, she took off the ring and placed it in her purse to avoid getting paint on it and hasn’t seen it since. I would be thrilled if someone who has found it handed it in.” Anyone who has seen, found or finds a 1940s Art Deco style ring with little diamonds inset on either side, in the area between Founders Park and Nelson Central School can either hand it in to the Cawthron Institute, or simply hand it in to the Nelson Police Station.
