NYSSMA is proud to recognize twenty (20) of its members who were among the 217 music educators across the country announced as quarterfinalists for the new Music Educator Award sponsored by the Recording Academy and the GRAMMY Foundation. In all, more than 30,000 nominations were received from all 50 states. The quarterfinalists were selected from 195 cities across 45 states.
