If you have heard anything about Orangetheory Fitness (OTF) you’ve probably heard that is is “more than a regular workout”. Orangetheory is a sciencebacked, technology-tracked, coach-inspired group workout, which is designed to produce results from the inside out. Perhaps you’ve tried a gym or fitness routine in the past that just felt like a dead-end - no guidance, no inspiration and no results. OTF wants you to know that it’s not you, it’s your work out and that you can still achieve your goals to become a fitter, stronger, better version of yourself.
