NEFCO is an international financial institution established by the five Nordic countries. NEFCO finances investments and projects primarily in Russia, Ukraine, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Georgia, Poland and Belarus, in order to generate positive environmental effects of interest to the Nordic region.
