INFO for participating clubs: Bring 1/4 page handouts featuring your club’s Spring meeting times & locations. Be prepared to speak about your club’s activity in the past, primarily Fall 2013. NCC Marketing staff will be walking around Spartan Fest to shoot quick 10 second commercials to help promote your clubs. They will be ask “Who should join your club?”, then they will share these videos via social media. The mission for Spartan Fest is to provide NCC student Organizations with the opportunity to recruit new members. Student Life will survey you at Spartan Fest. Be prepared to usse a provided sign-up sheet at the event and answer the following questions: 1. Did your organizations collect student contact information during Spartan Fest? 2. If you answered yes to question 1, how many names did your organization collect? 3. What suggestions do you have for improving the event so that student organizations can recruit more new members next year?

Provide 1st/ 2nd/3rd choice in location, name of event, contact person & club, date, and start /end times to. Copy club advisor(s) to this email. If you cancel /reschedule, let Mary Lou(see below) know asap! If planning a club meeting/ event/bake sale outside of activity period, reserve space through Mary Lou Collis (MCollis@northampton.edu). NCC’s Center for International Education is coordinating Spring Break trips to Denmark, China, Russia, and Spain. Summer I and II study abroad courses will be traveling to Spain, Turkey, Costa Rica, Peru, and China. Partial scholarships are available for studying abroad. BANFF MOUNTAIN FILM FESTIVAL Films will be
shown April 27 at 6PM in Lipkin Theater. Advance tickets for students cost $10. Tickets the day of the show are $20. Attendees get a free 2014-2015 Elk Mountain Lift Ticket. Tickets go on sale January 27, via www4.northampton.edu/kmanna/banff/index.html.
