As an award-winning entrepreneur and cookery author, Ella Mills has experienced worldwide fame and success with her popular blog Deliciously Ella demonstrating the importance of plant-based eating in everyday life. Join her and her husband Matthew, CEO of Deliciously Ella, on Thursday 20th September at 2.30pm to learn how healthier eating trends can be incorporated into your event catering. Ella’s brand new book will also be available to buy after the session and you’ll have the chance to get it signed by her and take photos, so be sure to stick around. 

GRACE DENT

With two weekly columns in the Independent and a seven-year restaurant column in the Evening Standard under her belt, Grace Dent has now taken on the revered role of restaurant critic for The Guardian. As well as writing fiction and non-fiction books, plus fronting numerous documentaries and appearing on an assortment of TV shows, in 2017 Grace became the Curator of London Food Month alongside Tom Parker Bowles which won Best Debut Event at The Event Awards 2017. With an eclectic mix of events experience spanning 21 years, it’s no surprise that Helen Moon heads up EventWell as Managing Director, the event industry’s official resource for wellbeing advice, knowledge, help and support. Having previously worked in event production, venue operations, proactive sales and digital marketing, Helen now focuses on promoting a proactive approach to work culture, championing the wellbeing of event professionals and equipping them with the knowledge and skills to stay healthy and happy. Expertly titled Chief of Play at Reuben Feels, Isabella Soden is the queen of bringing events to life through theatre and play. In her role as writer and director, Isabella creates bespoke immersive productions emotionally engaging her audience as active participants.
