At a time of incorporating technology to our teaching, we have to take into account many different supplies, not only the internet sites and/or the computer lab. There are many different sources, such as, TV sets, DVD players, projectors, MP3 players, book reader and so on. This proposal was designed to work in a public school setting. The purpose of computing facility is to create better impact on students and teachers work in their presentations, projects, assignments, team work/collaborative work, or for data collection. It facilitates to display information for an entire room. To have an effective technology integration there are many essential conditions to set ahead of time, such as, skilled personnel, access to hardware, software and other resources for sustainable integration, because technology changes so fast and schools can not support those changes, and at last, and we agreed the most important, a shared vision for technology integration. This technology plan is supposed to allow for yearly upgrades and additions to keep resources current and useful. The plan will identify some specific amount of money to spend every year and a prioritized list of activities to fund over the life of the plan. The plan must meet the curriculum needs, and become an integral part of new methods to make education more exciting and

successful. As a group we agreed to set some policies regarding internet use and to protect students and the school from any risk and materials which can be harmful for them. According to Roblyer & Doering (2010) the school has to address some common problems like, hacking, viruses, and piracy; we have to place software to prevent access to specific websites and avoid connecting to illegal sites. The personnel will be the school staff, so that they are going to receive training according to their content area and some common points to the entire faculty. The budget includes all of the steps to follow regarding this issue. Teachers will have in-service sections periodically and they will be supported and trained in simple troubleshooting procedures. As the computer lab will be placed in the school setting, every time there is a meeting parents will see their effort when watching a Power Point presentation or a data show presentation. Plenty funding will support the teachers’ job and can determine the excellence of the proposal.

Schools never have

enough money in their budgets to support technology, so that the people in charge have to look for the community support and different companies that can sponsor the project for the community benefit.

Given the dramatic impact technology can have on a school, it is an imprudence to believe that one-time investments or investments in computers alone are enough. In addition to computer hardware, technology investments should also include software, training, peripherals, and infrastructure. Computer hardware also needs to be replaced periodically as well. Besides often companies fail to invest in the entire technology package. Inadequate training, slow printers, or the lack of a fast internet connection can negate performance gains if not render your technology virtually impotent. Habitually technology doesn’t cost us anything, when the right technologies are implemented correctly; the savings that result often exceed the cost of technology. It is important to note that training is an important aspect of making technology work best. It is also important to recognize that keeping your technology up to date is also important. Many Ministries of Education who think cheap actually are costing their Districts and Schools a great deal of money and quite possibly the future of the students learning success.

It is important to say that public schools are in continuum harm regarding technology, moreover every time the government changes and the bank or entity which is sponsoring the project has a different board of directors, all of the machinery changes and the budget gets some kind of shortened or lateness at the time of paying. We as a group, consider that the educational system needs to create a permanent budget to support the investment and public schools do not lose their programs. Teachers have to build their success by paying close attention on technology, not just sitting down passively in their classes listening to each pupil looking for mistakes. We need to motivate, encourage students to develop their skills, being their role model to create an effective environment. Every time look for new ways of funding, new sponsors, and be aware of new technologies. Improving their teaching with technology out of their classrooms teachers will guarantee their success with their students learning process. Students deserve the best of the system in their learning process, let us be the difference in this long path; furthermore, they were born in a global world, so the teachers must facilitate them their walking. Technology will open many doors for both sides, it is a

reflexive sword, and everyone will learn more and more about each other while working together in the technology integration.
