2009-10 (Sophomore Season) • Turned in one of the best mid-distance seasons in Navy history as a sophomore • Named Patriot League Outdoor Championship Track-Athlete of the Meet • Won Patriot League titles in the indoor mile and was a doublewinner in the outdoors in the 800 and 1,500 • Won four individual events against Army • Qualified for the NCAA Regional in the 1,500 • Set a school record with a 4:50.08 in the mile to finish second at the indoor ECAC Championships • Was an ECAC All-East performer in the 1,500, placing seventh in the finals • Also qualified for the ECAC Championships in the 800
