Aside from that you might also experience too much perspiration than your normal ones coupled with intense shaking most especially with your fingers and your hands. For some, when they don’t shake, they will usually experience numbness in various body parts most especially the head, face and shoulders. Mental Symptoms: In addition to the physical manifestation associated with panic attacks, there are also mental signs that have to be careful. One of which is insomnia. You tend to worry when you encounter anxiety more than the usual. Mainly because you worry too much about things that your sleep will then be compromised. If ever you were able to rest, chances of nightmares are also high. Apart from that you can tend to lose control with an increase in terms of aggression or even depression. Headaches are also common in this as well. And with such a situation, illness and disease is also endemic. These are some of the many anxiety symptoms of physical and mental that you need to watch out for each day. Therefore, you really need to be aware if you experience two or more of these signs. Since many of these are detrimental, if possible do not rule out even simple attacks, since it can lead to even worse ones.
