apart in many lives from grandmothers, mothers, sisters, aunts cousins or a close friend. We have been touched by this dis-ease in one-way or another. With this being breast cancer awareness month I want to shed light on the issue, to give you a holistic approach to healing from this dis-ease. According to Breastcancer.org: v “About 1 in 8 women in the United States (12%) will develop invasive breast cancer over the course of her lifetime. v In 2010, an estimated 207,090 new cases of invasive breast cancer were expected to be diagnosed in women in the U.S., along with 54,010 new cases of non-invasive (in situ) breast cancer”.

“You can Heal” According to the National Cancer Institute, “white, non-Hispanic women have the highest overall incidence rate for breast cancer among U.S. racial/ethnic groups, while Korean American women have the lowest rate. Among women ages 40-50, African American women have a higher incidence of breast cancer than white women. African American women also have the highest death rate from breast cancer; Chinese American women have the lowest death rate.

Just as any dis-ease breast cancer is a manifestation that we create. “ Western medicine treats dis-ease at a physical level, but as any other dis-ease breast cancer can be healed naturally by understanding the human energy system. On a metaphysical level breast cancer represents; “Not appreciating one’s nurturing side. Never wanting to nurture or not having the opportunity to nurture”.

In order to find the root to this disease you must first learn how the dis-ease manifested itself. The breast of a woman is one of the most nurturing places on earth, we give our babies their first foods from our breast. When someone is upset there is no better place to lay then on “mama” chest. Erykah Badu in her song “Ye-Yo” sang “if you wanna go to heaven lay up on my breast”, even our men can’t help but to find comfort from our breast. This is our center of love, and when this center has gone through a severe beating over the years, blocks do develop and if these are not addressed at a spiritual, mental, or emotional level the physical manifestation of this can be breast cancer. Lets look at the four layers to our being to see how this dis-ease can manifest into one’s life. Spiritual Level: Issues with the breasts, whether experienced by a man or a woman, indicate insecurity about our ability to provide for others or protect them, lack of loving/ nurturing self unconditionally.

unloved, refusal to nourish oneself. Putting everyone else first. The right breast represents: Over protection, over bearing, difficulty in giving love. Energy moves through us constantly, through what are called energy centers or “chakras” Breast cancer is nothing more then a energetic block that stops the flow of energy to the “Heart chakra” The Heart Chakra represents - Safety trust, risktaking, and unconditional love for all, this chakra is also a “energy storage center” for women. When this center becomes blocked, many dis-eases can manifest such as; heart attacks, asthma, highblood pressure, hypoglycemia, and cancers. The color for this chakra is green or pink

Thought level: at this level the individual has a disruption in their attitude and understanding of love. They may want to give love with the hopes of gaining control of a person or situation and thus confusing love with manipulation, or they may be giving their love in the hopes of gaining recognition to boost damaged self esteem. You may consequently be a possessive and mistrustful person who lacks much compassion. Emotional Level: Due to the negative thoughts about love the individual will begin to generate emotions that make them feel the way they think. As we all know this is the perfect combination to attract experiences into your life that will cause the following scenarios: shaming, authoritarianism, volatile situations, domination of will, physical abuse, dangerous environment, fear of punishment, enmeshment, age inappropriate responsibilities, using money for love, lack of nurturing as a mother.

Since any emotion of fear creates cancer Physical Level: At this level the manifestation will present it self as Breast Cancer To heal from this you must go back to the root of the manifestation and that is loving and nurturing self unconditionally. As soon as one can begin to love and nurture themselves unconditionally the healing process has begun. Ways to strengthen this chakra: Foods: ● Leafy Green Vegetable, (spinach, kale, dandelion greens ect. ● Air vegetables: Broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, celery ● Liquids: Green tea ● Spices: basil, sage, thyme, cilantro, parsley (Cancer is a sign that the body is too acidic, eating a lot of green foods will help alkaline the body restoring the natural balance in the body) Herbs ● Garlic ● Arugula herb ● Dill seeds herb ● Green Tea ● Red Clover (Red Clover has been used in America for over 100 years to treat and prevent cancer.)

DRINK PLENTY OF PURE SOFT WATER How much is plenty? It depends upon how much you weigh, you take your weight, divide it in half and that is how many ounces of water you need in a 24 hour period. Of course if you are working out in the hot sun and perspiring a lot you would need more. For example: you weigh 160 lbs. Half of that is 80 so you need 80 ounces, which would be 10 eight ounce glasses. The type of water we need to drink is soft water, that is water that has no minerals, as the minerals in water are inorganic and are harmful to our health. Where as the minerals in food are organic and our body needs this type of minerals. Two types of water that have no minerals are distilled water and reverse-osmosis water. Alkaline or Kangan water is great too! BARE FEET ON THE SOIL EVERY DAY everything on this earth has an electrical frequency, the earth, the seeds, the plants animals, and the human body. Cancer cells have a different electrical frequency than normal cells. Our bodies can easily get off the electrical frequency that they are supposed to be on. How can we get it back on track? Very simply, by standing or walking bare foot in the soil. Wearing shoes is not a natural thing, although we need to protect our feet, as shoes insulate our body from the earth so it would be good to spend at least 10 minutes a day outside barefoot in the soil.

EXERCISE OUT OF DOORS Brisk Walking is a good form of exercise, but not jogging, as the impact of jogging is harmful to all the joints of the body. Bicycling and swimming are two other good exercises. Exercising in a gym is not ideal as there is no fresh air, its like exercising in a dirty shoe. The best piece of exercise equipment one can use is a regular or mini trampoline. By jumping on a trampoline you are exercising every-one of the trillions of cells in your body. Use it from one to three times daily for a minimum of 3 minutes or longer each time. This exercise is especially good for anyone who has cancer of the lymphatic system. GET 7-8 HOURS SLEEP EVERY NIGHT The earlier you go to bed the better. Every hour of sleep before midnight is worth two hours, every hour after midnight is worth one.

The Sacred Kitchen Grilled Eggplant & Portobello Sandwich 4 servings

INGREDIENTS 1 small clove garlic, chopped 1/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1 medium eggplant (about 1 pound), sliced into 1/2-inch rounds 2 large or 3 medium portobello mushroom caps, gills removed (see Tip) Canola or olive oil cooking spray 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper 8 slices whole-wheat sandwich bread, lightly grilled or toasted 2 cups arugula, or spinach, stemmed and chopped if large 1 large tomato, sliced

PREPARATION Preheat grill to medium-high. Mash garlic into a paste on a cutting board with the back of a spoon. Combine with mayonnaise and lemon juice in a small bowl. Set aside. Coat both sides of eggplant rounds and mushroom caps with cooking spray and season with salt and pepper. Grill the vegetables, turning once, until tender and browned on both sides: 2 to 3 minutes per side for eggplant, 3 to 4 minutes for mushrooms. When cool enough to handle, slice the mushrooms. Spread 1 1/2 teaspoons of the garlic mayonnaise on each piece of bread. Layer the eggplant, mushrooms, arugula (or spinach) and tomato slices onto 4 slices of bread and top with the remaining bread.

Learn how to harness your sexual energy in just a few steps 1. First find a quiet place where you will be undisturbed. You can practice alone or with a partner, sitting or lying down.

2. Sex starts in the mind, so close your eyes and allow your sexual imagination run away with you. Allow yourself to drift down into any thoughts, sounds or images that start to stimulate your senses. Notice where in your body you can feel any changes as sensual energy begins to grow inside you.

3. Start to slowly stimulate yourself or have a partner do it. Gently sweep your arms, your breasts and your belly with the tips of your fingers, dancing across your skin, tantalizing you before moving onto the genitals. Skin Care 411 Our skin is the largest organ on our bodies and the first line of defense from foreign invaders .We want to protect our skin at all cost, but there may be one thing that may slip through our fingers when come to our skin care. We are all familiar with skin care products soaps lotions and bubble bath, but did you know that these products may contain ingredients that are highly toxic to your body Sodium Laureth Sulfate (SLES) and its close relative are commonly used in many soaps, shampoos, detergents, toothpastes and other products that we expect to "foam up". Soaps and shampoos containing sodium laureth sulfate can lead to direct damage to the hair follicle, skin damage, permanent eye damage in children and even liver toxicity. Yes that’s right, many of the top named products we find in stores and use contain this chemical. So why is a dangerous chemical like sodium laureth sulfate used in our soaps and shampoos? The answer is simple - it is cheap. The sodium laureth sulfate found in our soaps is exactly the same as you would find in a car wash or even a garage, where it is used to degrease car engines.

In the same way as it dissolves the grease on car engines, SLES also dissolves the oils on your skin, which can cause a drying effect. It is also well documented that it denatures skin proteins, which causes not only irritation, but also allows environmental contaminants easier access to the lower, sensitive layers of the skin. This is why a new born baby skin dries out and peel off a few day after birth because popular baby soaps and lotions contain Sodium laureth Sodium laureth sulfate is also absorbed into the body from skin application. Once it has been absorbed, one of the main effects of SLS is to mimic the activity of the hormone estrogen. This has many health implications and may be responsible for a variety of health problems from PMS and Menopausal symptoms to dropping male fertility and increasing female cancers such as breast cancer, where estrogen levels are known to be involved. The use of sodium laureth sulfate in children's products is particularly worrying. It is known that, whether it gets in the eyes or not, skin application DOES lead to measurable concentrations in the eyes of children. This is known to affect eye development, and the damage caused in this manner is irreversible. If you have children DO NOT USE products containing sodium laureth sulfate or SLS - they will thank you for it one day.


Do not believe that just because a product is labeled as "natural" it is free from SLS or sodium laureth sulfate. Most common brands of "Natural" or "Herbal" shampoos and cleansers still use these harmful chemicals as their main active ingredient - check your labels! That is not to say that you can't get sodium laureth sulfate-free shampoos, soaps, detergents and toothpastes. Some highly reputable companies have been producing such products for years. These products not only contains no sodium laureth sulfate, they are also free of other harmful chemical colorings, preservatives and even flavourings. So remember READ your labels and if i can't go in your mouth it doesn't belong on your skin. Emotional Stress is the number 1 cause of

dis-ease in our society. We stress about everything from how we look, to paying bills, even in our relationships. Emotional Stress is not good, it taxes our nervous system causing us to be snap on our babies and be hard on our men. It makes our life unhappy, living a stress free life should be every woman's aim if they wish to live a blissful extraordinary life experience. And the truth is, we control what cause us stress and many times the stress we experience is self induced. Yes that's right we cause our own stress, by the constant chitter chatter of our mind internalizing experiences and replaying it over and over again. So what is stress and how can we begin to reduce the amount of stress we encounter on a daily basis?

Stress is a normal bodily response, but if the energy from stress is not channeled into the right place stress can be comes deadly. There are 2 types of stress we humans experience and that is physical stress and emotional stress. Stress is your body's way of responding to any kind of demand. It can be caused by both good and bad experiences. When people feel stressed by something going on around them, their bodies react by releasing chemicals into the blood. These chemicals give people more energy and strength, which can be a good thing if their stress is caused by physical danger. But this can also be a bad thing, if their stress is in response to something emotional and there is no outlet for this extra energy and strength.

Many different things can cause

stress -- from physical (such as fear of something dangerous) to emotional (such as worry over your family or job.) Identifying what may be causing you stress is often the first step in learning how to better deal with your stress. Some of the most common sources of stress are: Survival Stress - You may have heard the phrase "fight or flight" before. This is a common response to danger in all people and animals. When you are afraid that someone or something may physically hurt you, your body naturally responds with a burst of energy so that you will be better able to survive the dangerous situation (fight) or escape it all together (flight). This is survival stress. Emotional Stress - Have you ever caught yourself worrying about things you can do nothing about or worrying for no reason at all? This is internal stress and it is one of the most important kinds of stress to understand and manage. Internal stress is when people make themselves stressed. This often happens when we worry about things we can't control or put ourselves in situations we know will cause us stress. Some people become addicted to the kind of hurried, tense, lifestyle that results from being under stress. They even look for stressful situations and feel stress about things that aren't stressful.

Environmental Stress - This is a response to things around you that cause stress, such as noise, crowding, and pressure from work or family. Identifying these environmental stresses and learning to avoid them or deal with them will help lower your stress level. Fatigue and Overwork - This kind of stress builds up over a long time and can take a hard toll on your body. It can be caused by working too much or too hard at your job(s), school, or home. It can also be caused by not knowing how to manage your time well or how to take time out for rest and relaxation.

hardest kinds of stress to avoid because many people feel this is out of their control. Later in this course we will show you that you DO have options and offer some useful tips for dealing with fatigue Stress can be the number 1 cause behind your health issues, and by eliminating stress from your life, your health can be restored. When we are stressful our thoughts are not clear, we fill confused, our insight becomes muddled, our organs become over worked, our bodies shut down. We are in control of our life's bliss we cannot play victim, we are the creators of our realities and now is the time to take back control and begin to experience our inner most desires. We do not need to stress lets start looking at life from a whole new perspective. Lets look at life as unlimited possibilities that can be experienced, not a life full of worry, anxiety, fear. and regret life is much more than that.

Letting Go! There are two part to emotional stress and that is: Anxiety =Fear the future and Depression= regretting the past In order to understand what causes your stress, take some time to become aware of how you are feeling during the day, watch your thoughts. Are you thinking about something from your past, and how you could have done things differently? Or are you worrying about whats going to happen in the future. You may be doing a combination of both, it all stress. Once you become aware of your patterns you can begin to change you point of focus. Think about something different, some thing that makes you feel good, it may take a while to get to that place of peace but trust you will get there. If you have difficulty in the skill of refocusing your train of thought you may have hard wiring in your brain that has you locked into negative behavior in which case you would have to reboot. Yes "reboot" are minds are like computers whatever we program into ourselves we create. if this is the case there are many options in helping you .


8 Ways to kick the Stress 1. Detoxing & Cleansing we are exposed to many toxins from our food, cleaning supplies, television and music programming, chemicals in beauty and hair products, water, even the air we breathe. Our bodies has the power to fight toxins off but due to our over exposure to toxins we overwork our bodies and they eventually give out. Toxins cause us to have negative feelings and thought we are even addicted to them. Detoxing and cleansing with natural herbs will help your body remove toxins from your helping your body to restore balance allowing higher vibratory thought and feeling. You may even have to detox from your environment and relationships toxic people and places are harmful too.

3. Changes in environment If your current location is giving you stress maybe a change in scenery can life your moods. Now I know we can;t all move out on the beach with the warm sand and cool waves, but even if you cannot relocate you can make you home/temple the paradise you've always wanted. Gardening, buying plants, and fountains can help raise the vibration of your surroundings

2. Change in Diet let's face it changing the way that we eat not only helps us shed those unwanted pounds they also help us feel great. By changing your diet to eating more fresh live fruits, vegetables, whole gains, nuts, and fresh pure water, you will not only see the benefit, but be able to feel it too.

4. Change in relationships People can be toxic too, look at your core group of people what do they represent is it a bunch of negativity, or do the bring peace and joy. You are who you hang with, if you are staring to notice that you need a change of friends don't sweat it, just do you . Start changing yourself and your friends will either change with you are leave you.


5. Energy Clearing There are many types of energy clearing practices from reiki, chakra balancing, even feung shui for your home. Sometimes we may have to move out negativity from a energetic level if your physical changes are not working. If this is the case energy clearing works wonders it will even help you get to the core of where the negativity is coming from
