Greenwich Alexander Technique Studio Offers Free Musician Workshops

he Greenwich Alexander Technique Studio has moved to a new location on Lewis Street in downtown Greenwich. To celebrate the grand opening, the Studio is sponsoring a series of free workshops for musicians on injury prevention and recovery. The workshops will be facilitated by Vincent Fraser, Certified Teacher and Craniosacral Therapist Vincent Fraser who has worked with musicians and music educators for many years, both privately and in music schools and studios.    The technique is taught in many conservatories and music schools here and in Europe, and has helped many musicians recover and prevent injury.
