It provides a place for the design community to come together not only professionally but also personally by providing multiple opportunities to gather, discuss and collaborate both formally and casually It takes the idea of sustainable design further by not only touching on architectural aspects such as floor planning, lighting design, material selection, furnishings, etc.; but also focusing on aspects of a sustainable lifestyle such as reducing individual consumption, providing local food and drink, minimizing each per- sons carbon footprint and promoting community. It will serve as an experiment and showcase for future urban sustainability projects.

To create a space that could be shared wisely among communities of architects, interior designers and decorators of all students, professors and designers.

Environmental crisis has become a major concern. Next evolution of architecture must begin to incorporate ecological sustainability considerations.

I would like to design a truly sustainable architecture and interior design in every facet of the design to be a showcase of sustainable design for all types of space.

To create a design that is beautiful, creative, as well as practical. Ecolution features independent student housing, a sustainable design and living education center, eco-retailers, virtual offices and a design resource center. These amenities will attract established and new businesses alike, and potentially offer highly predictable return on investment.

The external layer of the glazing improves the building’s energy efďŹ ciency, provides a protective barrier against wind and rain so that the doors and windows behind can be opened, encouraging natural ventilation. Thus in summer the buildings can be naturally ventilated, and in winter the heattrapping glass traps heat acting as another layer of insulation.
