Friday, September 16th 4:30-7:00 p.m. Early packet pick-up and registration at the National MS Society office, San Francisco Saturday, September 17th - UCSF Mission Bay (75 & 100 mile route start) 5:30–7:30 a.m. Registration, luggage drop-off, mechanics available and breakfast 7:00 a.m. Teams start on the course 7:15 a.m. Ride out starts 8:00 a.m. Ride out ends Saturday, September 17th - Sonoma Mountain Village (40 mile route start and Saturday finish locaton) 7:30–8:45 a.m. Registration and breakfast 9:00 a.m. Ride out starts 9:30 a.m. Ride out ends 11:00 a.m. 8:00 p.m. Showers open 12:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Expo 12:00 7:30 p.m. Entertainment 1:00-7:00 p.m. Beer and wine garden open, massage tables open 2:00 p.m. Shuttle service to hotels begins (running every half hour) 3:00-6:30 p.m. Team photos

3:30-7:00 p.m. - Dinner hours 5:00 p.m. All routes close, Riders must be off the course. 5:00 p.m. Team awards and program 8:00 p.m. Showers close, shuttle services ends, quiet hours begin 9:00 p.m. Lights out Sunday, September 18th - Sonoma Mountain Village 5:15-7:30 a.m. Luggage drop-off, bike corral opens, showers open and shuttles back to Sonoma Mountain Village from hotels starts 6:00-7:00 a.m. Breakfast and mechanics available 6:45-7:30 a.m. Team photos 7:00 a.m. Ride out starts 8:00 a.m. Ride out ends 12:00-5:30 p.m. Food, massage, entertainment, wine and beer garden 1:00 p.m. Shuttles back to San Francisco begin. (Buses run approximately every half hour or when full.) 5:00 p.m. Route closes 5:15 p.m. Showers close 6:00 p.m. Last shuttles leave Sonoma Mountain Village and event concludes

Packet Pick-Ups

Every rider is highly encouraged to attend a pre-event packet pick-up to turn in their pledges and to collect a rider packet. Rider packets include bib, bike & luggage tags and event wrist bands.

Please note this year, the minimum pledge of $350 is required to pick-up your packet and ride in the Bike MS: Waves to Wine Ride. Starting August 18th, packet pick-ups locations will be scheduled throughout the Bay Area. Please call or visit our website for details.

You may also pick up your rider packet at the National MS Society, San Francisco office on the evening before the event. On site team packet pick-ups will be offered to all teams with 50+ members. Team members should check with their team captains to see if a team packet pick-up has been arranged.
