In 2004, Kuss Middle School became the first school declared “Chronically Underperforming” by the state of Massachusetts. A decade later, leveraging the resource of more time to accelerate learning, deepen student engagement, and improve instruction, Kuss has now achieved the state’s highest accountability rating.
