Nathan Towle Personal Training Services- Bringing a Personal Fitness Instructor to you

Our personal training services are aimed towards helping people meet three main goals.


1. Losing weight and becoming, slimmer and more toned. 2. Building muscle and looking and feeling more athletic. 3. Becoming healthier, taking care of your body so that as you grow older it will take care of you. Predominantly, people are looking for a personal fitness instructor for the first two of these goals.

In the first, losing weight and becoming slimmer, we say that healthy weight loss means losing 1-2lbs or 0.5-1kg per week. That’s about the amount that can be achieved in a healthy and sustainable way. More than that and you lose muscle as well as body fat, which you see on the scales but


is actually counter productive to looking and feeling better. This is important to us because our personal training services are all aimed towards making people happier in the long term. It’s no good to crash diet and lose a whole load of weight in three weeks, only to put it back on and more and in six months be unhappier than when you started with another failure under your belt.

Similarly, your personal fitness instructor knows that the point of all of this is to make you happier. Cutting out all the foods you enjoy, never being about to eat out or go for a drink, is not the way to achieve a better quality of life. Wuite the opposite. So, we’ll work with you to more you healthily and sustainably towards your goals. Making sure that the changes you make don’t compromise your quality of life, and don’t take from you all the things you enjoy most. It actually is possible to be fit, strong, have a body


you’re proud of, and still go out for a drink and enjoy a desert. You don’t have to live like a monk to make progress.

Our aim for the second goal in our personal training services, building muscle and looking and feeling more athletic, works on the same principle. We want to guide you to do more exercise and eat more consciously, but without removing every indulgence. You actually don’t have to train eight times a week and eat only chicken and broccoli to have a body you’re proud of. We don’t. Contact Us: -
