Educational Assistant – Ranch Ehrlo Society  Work with youth 11-15, who are experiencing extreme behavioural difficulties.  Work with the teacher in developing Individual Education Plans (IEP’s) for all the students.  Aid the teacher in classroom planning and implementing.


Special Education Assistant – Regina Public School Board  Worked with children from grade 1-8, experiencing learning difficulties.  Assist children in ways that are suitable to their learning abilities.  Build relationships with the children so they may have a positive educational experience.


Youth and Family Counsellor – Exceptional Needs U-12 Program  Worked with children under 12, with severe mental health issues.  Taught life skills, and relationship building and repairing.  Worked with children on modifying severe behaviours.  Modeled a positive, trusting and loving environment.


Community Aid Worker - Courtney Roma (Private Practice)  Worked with a 4 year old boy on behaviour modification.  Organized outings in order to normalize environment.  Focused on appropriate social behaviours.
