another alley. Move through the alley and crouch behind the crates to the north. As Klaus informs you of his escape plan, German troops come running down the alley to the south—it’s time to move.
FINAL ESCAPE
Follow Klaus through the house and up the stairs while the German troops trail closely behind.
Cover this doorway while Klaus climbs the ladder.

Quickly follow Klaus through the adjacent house. While running, switch to the MP-40 and load a fresh clip if needed. Run up the stairs and go up to the rooftop. When you reach the roof, cover Klaus as he climbs the ladder to the west. Turn around and face the doorway to the east and gun down the pursuers. When it’s clear, quickly climb the ladder and follow Klaus across the rooftops. Carefully cross a couple of planks linking the adjacent rooftops while moving west. Then follow Klaus north. Before crossing the next plank, pick up the box of SMG ammo to the left. When you reach the next rooftop, Klaus encounters a locked door. Hold off the pursuers while Klaus picks the lock.
